LEASE TERM 

The shortest rental period is 48 hours (2 Days). For delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding 3 hours in total, a full day fee is charged.

AIRPORT SERVICE FEE 

24 Hours of uninterrupted service from Ermo Rent A Car Offices, Airport Service fee is not charged. Free transfer to the airport is valid for rentals of 7 days or more.(Depends to availability)

LONG TERM LEASES

The minimum rental period for long-term rental is 30 units. Special price is applied. For information on rental prices and conditions, you can call Ermo Rent A Car Reservation Center at +90 212 237 05 06 or your nearest Ermo Rent A Car Office.

ONE WAY RENTAL

In case of traveling in a city other than the city where the vehicle is picked up, the One Way Fee for the rental period is applied. For one-way fee information, you can call our Reservation Center or your nearest Ermo Rent A Car Office.  

DRIVER'S LICENSE - AGE OF USE

Persons who are at least 22 years old and have a valid driver's license for 2 years can rent a car. In luxury vehicles, there is an obligation to be at least 25 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

The use of the vehicle by anyone other than the lessee is only possible with the registration of the valid identity and driver's license of the drivers who comply with the rules of driving license and driving age. If there are no other records and it is determined that the accident was caused by an unregistered driver, the insurances will be invalid.

MATTERS INCLUDED - NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES

Prices include vehicle maintenance costs and insurance. Fuel, bridge, highway tolls, traffic fines are not included in the prices.

MAXIMUM KILOMETER LIMIT

200 km per day between 1-7 days.

175 km per day between 8-14 days.

150 km per day between 15-21 days

115 km per day between 22+ days

In case of exceeding the mileage, an additional fee of 2 TL or 3 TL per km is charged depending on the vehicle.

GASOLINE / PETROL PRICES

If the tenant returns the vehicle at the same gasoline/petrol level as when it was received, no extra charge will be made. In the case of gasoline / gasoline returns at a lower level than the one received, the difference fee is obtained from the tenant, taking into account the current dated fees.

MOTOR INSURANCE VALIDITY CONDITIONS

All our vehicles are rent a car insured and our insurance covers damages (except alcohol accidents).

In bilateral accidents, an accident report, the other vehicle's license and traffic insurance, and a copy of the other driver's driver's license are required.

In one-sided accidents; police and alcohol report is required.

The tenant who does not provide the above documents (accident report, driver's license, registration, copy of traffic insurance, police report) to our company will be charged the full amount of the damage.

In case of alcohol-related accidents, the insurance is not valid and the tenant is liable for the full amount of the damage.

TRAFFIC FINES

It allows a maximum speed of 120 km. in Turkish traffic, 90 km. on intercity roads and 50 km. in urban areas. When parking, obey the NO PARKING signs. Traffic fines and legal responsibilities that will not be reflected on the actions that may arise from non-compliance with traffic rules and defects belong to the tenant. Traffic fines that reach Ermo Rent A Car after the vehicle is left are reflected in the presentation and the relevant amount is collected in cash or by credit card / mail order. Any interruption of the vehicles by official or local authorities, regardless of the result, and the timeout is accepted within the contract period.
